How much weight will I lose by burning 300 calories at 4 times a week?

I work out about four times a week and I usually bike or run on the treadmill. I go for about a half hour on each. So I run just over 2 miles on the treadmill and I burn about 350 calories per day. I alternate days and bike also for a half hour and go for 10 miles, and burn about 250 calories per day.
At this pace, how much weight will I lose in a week and/or month?

1 lb is equal to 3500 calories. so if you burn 300 calories 4x week, that is 1200 calories. that leaves 2300 calories if you eat 350 less calories a day than usual that will be 3500 calories in 7 days which will be 1lb a week.
if you want to speed it up, than burn more calories like say 450 5x a week and cut your calories by 600 a day and that will be around 2lbs a week.
