Mothers are role models for our children. Our children learn from us every minute. When you in favor of nutritious foods, it becomes good nutrition in your child's expectations. When you decide to go for a walk, exercise, or bike instead of watching television, your child gets moving and the message fitness.

Be a positive role model for example is very beneficial early on many levels. I will concentrate on fitness and exercise in my article. How to be a model positive babies and create our habits and needs of active and healthy lifestyle?

Spend quality time outdoors, walking, jogging and exercise with a stroller has so many benefits for you and your baby:

– You get in shape after your baby is born, and lose weight

– You will feel energetic,

– You get self-confidence and self-esteem,

– The exercise helps reduce stress levels and helps to maintain an attitude positive and relaxed

– In the latest studies on another important benefit: physical activity, even moderate help extend its life significantly!

There are also many benefits for children:

– Babies love to be outdoors, they like to,

– Is a great way to entertain the little ones, even babies,

– The outdoor environment encourages the development of children,

– The outdoor children build their immune system better, helps reduce the risk of asthma and other health problems,

– Children receive a very important message of us – you know they are active and exercise is our way of life and most likely get the habit.

Stroller is a great tool for the introduction that very important life long habit to their children.

It is recommended for children 6 months old and is a good time to start making exercise with your baby at your side. There are many ways to do this, you can enjoy a tour group in your area and exercise with other mothers and their babies or do it your account. Consistency is very important, so be sure to have a plan and do it regularly.

Later, when their children are old enough, you can start to bike together. Bicycle trailer is another useful tool that can boost their children to exercise, to be role model active, healthy and great.

It is not easy target, especially now, when the number of obese children is growing up and watching TV and playing computer games, is a strong habit comes even stronger.

We parents want our kids to be healthy with long life habits and active lifestyle. Important is to start early, continue, and be consistent. This will send a strong message to our children and solid – active lifestyle is a great way to spend free time.

It is important to a healthy diet and exercise more than just a part of his life, but part of your whole family life. It is up to us, as parents help our children to practice healthy eating habits and exercise regularly. We establish a model for our children to follow what we say, what we do, and yes, for what they are taught. If we practice what we teach, to follow our example. We are their role models!

If we eat well and are physically active, the chances are much better than our kids are going to take the same healthy choices. And by making these choices, each child will be more easy to maintain a healthy weight and have a great attitude about daily exercise.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' research shows that 16% of children and adolescents in the United States are overweight!

What does this mean for your child?

– Social, that means – it is harder to keep up with other children, usually do not like recess because they are athletic fit,

– He gets his self-esteem,

– Are more prone to being teased and harassed by other children,

– At a health level, which means – are prone to diabetes 2, a disease that was rare in children, now 45% of newly diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes are children, who often can be prevented with proper diet and regular exercise,

– Children who are overweight tend to become overweight or obese adults.

What can we do?

If you want your family to be healthy, make it happen!

Moms have that power. The impact that has on their children eating and exercising habits starts immediately. All you do now is absorbed by their children, every smile, every foot, and every food choice. If you place a high value on healthy foods, which are available, they eat, so will their children.

The same goes for exercise. From infancy through the toddler years, your child know that the activity fit is a priority if they become a priority. If being pushed in a baby stroller, playing in a park as a child, or riding a bike trailer, its child comes into the mode of activity outdoors. As your child gets older let him or her participation in team sports and spend time playing ball in their backyard. Encourage them to try different things and sports to catch their talents, needs and pleasures.

The development and parental involvement increases the interest of children, enthusiasm and self esteem.

So take a ball, take your stroller, or put their children in tow bicycle. Enjoy a family hike and enjoy family time physically active, with many, many reasons and benefits! Be positive role model for your loved ones and create an attitude of long life for many years ahead.
