Does riding a bike and wearing the tight padded shorts for long periods of time reduce erection STRENGTH?

recently our sex life has been VERY FULFILLING, but since I went for a 100 mile bike ride this past weekend…things wern’t as stiff and no where near as time consuming as prior to me getting back on the bike…I do have the proper seat for a male rider and I try my best to give my “seated” equipment a break, but I really enjoy riding my bike, but not enough to shorten my bedroom rides with my wife…

Excess of anything is bad!
