Has anyone ever heard of Chloe Cards,Pet Drivers License and Bike Jane from Boulder CO?

Is anyone familiar with Chloe Cards, Pet Drivers License(which has been sold but was invented by my Cousin), Chloe Cards(with the cute cards , shrts and pet accessories) or Bike Jane with their bike tales(www.chloecards.com,bikejane.com). I had the chance this past summer to help out my Cousin and her partner with scanning the Pet Drivers License and helping send out Chloe Card products. My Cousin has a new company called Bike Jane selling male and female products.She was featured on Animal Planet and Fox News.
