Biking Down Stairs

how many times a day should i run up and down the stairs?

I have an exercise bike but i am getting a bit bored of it and was wondering how many times i should run up and down stairs a day before i notice a change in my weight
13 steps i hope that isnt unlucky

who knows. just run up them any time you need to go up, or when you get bored. wouldnt recommend running down them. done that once, never doing it again. owch!
