Caring for my hair while riding a bike?

My daily run is about 20-25 km on my street bike 220 CC. I wear a helmet and protective equipment. My problem is that after arriving at my destination, my hair look like shit. Because of this, I am not able to keep any hair and I'm single day does not hold flat. Please advice.

Helmet Mohawk?
