The Old School is a new development of holiday – and is also the ideal place to retire, relax and recharge. This school reform fascinating old village offers four spacious and bright autonomous, each with one, two or three bedrooms.
Situated in the heart of nature, surrounded by landscapes and wildlife, population Dalavich is undoubtedly "the main road." On the shores of Loch Awe along a way road 14 miles, is just a short drive "from Glasgow, but it's another world.
However, there is much to do to help recharge your batteries. Find Lochside many forest walks, including Dalavich Oakwood Road, and a number of attractive cycling. The motorcycles and boats can be rented in town. Keep your eyes open for wildlife and can see up to an otter, wild cat or an eagle on the road. And if you're more interested in wildlife the end of your fishing line, some of the largest Brown trout in Europe are waiting to be captured on Loch Awe. You can be sure of catching a trout in the lake Avichai – only 10 minutes by car – and the Fishing permits are available locally.
The Old School is a former village school which has been completely renovated. This exciting project was in May 2008 and has four spacious holiday apartments. All ground floor apartments have one, two or three bedrooms, bright kitchen, open plan kitchen / living room and a bath or shower.
