i have recently bought the profitness magnetic exercise bike how many calories is 1 digit?

for example if the display reads 1.8 is that 18 calories or 1 and 1/8 of anoter calorie obviously i have the display set to calorie mode

Just keep pedaling…………….when you lose a bunch of weight it won’t matter what the display reads. In fact……cover it up so you can’t see it.

When I ride, I’ll ride as far as I can ’til I’m dog tired. Then I have to ride home. Forces me to become a stronger rider. Do the same on your exercise bike.
