Biking in Winter Tips
Help me lose weight quicker…?
I am going to visit some family and friends in Washington sometime this winter.
I want to lose weight fast;
I weigh about 140 – 150 right now. I am riding a bike, doing sit ups, and doing step ups. I haven’t lost much weight.
I want to weigh about 110 – 115 before I visit the friends and family in Washington. I have asthma, however, so it is kind of difficult for me to exercise for an excessive amount of time.
Any tips and/or ideas on how I could lose weight fast by doing exercises, and/or diets or taking pills?
Anything will help.. Thank you:)
I know all about that “burn more calories than you take in” thing…and I am watching what I eat, AS WELL AS exercising..
You need to eat less to lose weight.
Exercise alone won’t help you that much.
I recommend that you count your calories and start doing a fullbody workout with weights 3 times a week. Cardio is not really necessary as weight training alone is very intense
