Biking Lake Michigan

Has anyone else had this?
OK my sister and I both have these symptoms:
*Shortness of breath
-Feels like we cant catch our breath at times
*Tight chest
*Heart hurts
-Feels like a knife through it when we inhale
*Rapid Heart rate from simple things like climbing stairs or walking.. Riding bike
We both have these same things, its weird. In case you need any of this, here is some info.
* I am 19 with no kids, 5’7 120lbs.. She is 30 with 4 kids, 5’6 146lbs.
*I live in Michigan on a lake, she lives in Oregon on the ocean.
*We were both diagnosed with a hole in our heart
*She used to smoke a lot, I never have
*She never drinks, I do about once every other month
Has anyone else ever been through this or heard of anything like this? I know we both should see a Doctor, but besides saying that, does anyone have any real help?

my cousin has a whole in his heart and he drinks all the time, its really scary, ive had some of those things and i went to the doctors and they said everything is ok.
