Hello I had the misfortune to coliding with a person on a bicycle and, unfortunately, leaves them at the scene. Fortunately the pilot was not seriously injured. I have no contact Prior to the law at all, except for my stupid mistake of leaving the injured motorcyclist. (Also no drugs / alcohol), which was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and Wreckless and dangerous driving. The pilot was, however to my car riding against traffic, while I had the green light. Once again, it was more of a Collision / t-bone and not in front. I have a lawyer appointed for me, but would like to know what kind of right to go to jail and other penalties that I'm facing. I thank everyone and anyone in advance for your help and / or comments
