Biking Lose Fat
How do I lose fat on my thighs?
my thighs aren’t fat but they have more fat on them than i’d like them too. any tips on how to lose the extra fat?? will bike riding help?
CARDIO is what you need. Such as biking, running, boxing, swimming, eliptical, etc..
You should do one hour minimum of cardiovascular excersize, at least 2-3 times a week.
Also…
1. drink more water (6-9 glasses a day)
2. get good nights sleep
3. EAT LESS FAT AND CALORIES
4. eat smaller meals spread out through the day.
5. do not eat late at night
6. drink green tea and eat spicy foods
*and if you do not like to run on a treadmill, you can always walk an incline…
