I am traveling from St. Louis to New Orleans. What to do / see in the way or once I'm there?!?

I am loking for a kind of entertainment, good places to eat for an afternoon or evening on the road. (We also would like to do mountain bike trails if anyone knows one!) Looks like I-55 to be taking the most of the way and passing through Memphis Tenn. and Jackson, Miss.

Things to do in New Orleans: Mardi Gras and Jazz Festival is famous world events, but New Orleans hosts many festivals and events throughout the year: www.nola.com / festivals of San Carlos The tram is the oldest continuously operating streetcar in the world and is a tourist attraction "in its own right. It is part of the public transportation system and Canal Street and Riverfront streetcar lines: www.norta.com There is always music, but the change of band: Go to www.bestofneworleans.com and click or listings Music then www.offbeat.com and click ads, then the music. It is a great place to enjoy a drink in the afternoon / Snack: (www.westin.com). Café du Monde in the French Quarter and you can not lose with coffee and donuts (www.cafedumonde.com). Windscreens for Buell M2?

I want to put a windshield on my 2002 more Buell M2 Cyclone. (Something to keep the winter wind caught in my chest.) It currently has a short "Mosquito", which is slightly higher than the benchmarks. Unfortunately M2 has been made only for a couple of years and has a wide range of accessories. I looked at the Givi windshield, but they were a little radical for my bike.
