North Carolina Coastal Communities: Finding Yours

From the Outer Banks in the north to Wilmington in the south, there are many inexpensive coastal communities for retirement or relocation in North Carolina. Albemarle Plantation is close to Edenton North Carolina, off the Albemarle Sound.
