i don’t go super fast but i plan to pedal for about 2 hours a day at a steady pace. im not completely lethargic either though…….

It will. Just do not expect any overmnight wonders. Make cycling an important part of your life for your life, If you find your legs are sore for days and days you are over doing it and should take off a day or two every third day. Make it your hobby and use it for a variety of purposes.
