Who are the top several manufacturers of cyclocross bikes?

I am purchasing my first cyclocross bike and do not know the brands. What bike shops in the Pittsburgh,Pa. area can help me with the correct size?

3. Specialized S-Works TriCross

These are pricey bikes worthy of competition. I think it’s silly to slam a $5-10k bike around in the mud. But then again, I don’t race cross, and my wallet’s just a bit too thin.
