There are plenty of pieces of exercise equipment out there for home use, but how many can fit in a small apartment? Most are large, difficult to handle and – it has to say – downright ugly! How many times have embarrassed when a family has been more and had to share the guest room with a monstrosity of an exercise machine? And yet, squatting with the beast in the spare room as a huge frog (the exercise machine, not relative!) Does not mean you used. He had an excellent exercise bike and ended up passing on her clothes instead of pedaling it.

That's how it works:
