Caught A Guy walking outside in his underwear?

Well i was riding my bike in the neighborhood and i stopped to change the song on my iPod and this guy walks out and he’s wearing baby blue spandex booty shorts. He whirls around and slams the door shut and every time i see him its really awkward. But i keep running into him at Publix and Wal-Mart its really weird. It’s kinda funny though

You know , these days the economic crisis affects most of guys.the neighbour of yours is lucky keeping his under wears.
