I need a good cardiovascular workout, but my quads hurt

I did the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes two days ago, and my quads are still her considerable pain. I need to do another 30 minutes of cardio tonight but not sure what to do. I do not have access to a good lap pool, so it will not work. The fitness center that has little use stationary bicycles, a treadmill pair (but can not run now because of lower back problems) and weight machines, especially the upper body, but a few machines and leg. Any suggestions?

Well my suggestion is that if the gym has bicycles recumbent to do about 30 minutes minutes in that. It is the tension in your back because the seat has been you do not have to stoop.
