How I can register my bike out of state when you have not registered before?

I bought a bike in Alabama. The bike has never been registered. I live in South Carolina now, but I am a Florida resident. I can not find any document on the bike at all. How I can get the bike registered?

Would you just to the south for the winter with the kids?

Ok, we moved to Madison, WI Florida three years ago. This is a wonderful city … Wisconsin is a beautiful state … more beautiful than I knew. Our children became friends, we own a house, our children are 5 and 13 activities, but lost outdoors in winter. The winters are killing our family. Work at home and can work from anywhere. We want to keep our house in Wisconsin, we want to live there, but this winter has been so hard she can barely leave the house to go skiing or abroad. wind chill was well below zero. Would it be crazy to move for four months a southern state and the return to summer to stay until December? Children are excited about living in two states … but do not want to miss! We want to cycle winter and enjoy all Wisconsin has to offer in the fall and spring summer.

I think it's a great idea, as their occupations can work with this situation, so I think it is good for children … I really say about what some children have to cope with life! This would be a learning experience for them! Good luck
