any idea where or anyone knows where to get the stickers? yes thats what I thought thanks but I do not know if any place that had already been done. and how are the police to read what they can not see, and Arnt PA is supposed to chase bikes. no good to spend one U.S. dollars 20

any graphics shop will be able to do whatever you want … You will not leave any TIX however, and probably become more of a target for officials who are in power rather than travel public officials …

Pocket Bikes and the federal government!

A pocket bike is a motorized two-wheeled device that has a seat or saddle for the driver and not designated or manufactured for highway use.
pocket bikes do not include off-road motorcycle within the meaning of section 436 of the Code of vehicles.

Here is my "Pocket Bike" allowed on public lands? The quick answer "No". Recent bans pocket bikes laws be made public lands. Section 21720 is added to the Code of California vehicle that: "A pocket bike is not working on a sidewalk, alley, or any another component of a road or a bike path, bike path or trail, horseback riding, hiking or recreational trail, or open public lands to use the road for motor vehicles. VC 405: A motor cycle "engine" means any movement of a motorbike with an engine capacity below 150 cubic centimeters.

A motor cycle must be registered with the DMV for use on a highway or off-street parking public. The pilot will be issued a license valid driver M1 (motorcycle) endorsement by CVC12500 (b) and CVC12804.9 (a). The pilot must wear a motorcycle helmet approved by CVC27803. The engine cycle must also be equipped with all safety equipment required.

The DMV does not enter "Pocket bikes" because of the lack of requirements identification numbers (Vehicle Identification Number and the number of motor). This means that the "pocket bikes "can only be driven on public roads or off-street facilities.

If the pocket bikes are properly registered (if the DMV allows recording at a later date), riders must follow all traffic laws and requirements of any other equipment you would any other motorcycle or vehicle, are subject to citations for violations observed by the Ministry officials.

Pocket bikes can still be used on a property units (areas not opened to the public) that requires pilots to obtain training on safe handling of these vehicles and use the equipment appropriate security.

There are more agencies and organizations that claim to define the pocket bikes and requests for increased issue of regulation. Here is one of the American Association of Managers of motor vehicles.

While the absence of federal regulation of Clear rules and guidelines for Pocket Bikes has created confusion among law enforcement officials, administrators and state vehicles and representatives from local governments, and now, therefore, be:

Resolved by the Council of the American Association of Managers of motor vehicles, which believes that AAMVA, because pocket bikes do not meet federal safety standards for motor vehicles.

They are not "manufactured primarily for use on public roads" under federal law, and also ruled that AAMVA strive to develop and strengthen relationships with other security organizations agencies and law enforcement agencies national security to promote awareness of security concerns and ensure that state laws prohibit the operation pocket bikes on public roads, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that governments should not title or register to use the movement of road pocket bikes, mini helicopter, motorcycle or any other standard that does not meet federal safety rules for motor vehicles for use on public roads, and the label does the manufacturer that the vehicle meets all applicable safety standards effective on the date of manufacture, unless the state or federal law specifically exempts the vehicle standards and certification, and

Be AAMVA provided further resolved that this resolution to the CPSC, NHTSA, National Traffic Law Center, and the National Conference of State Legislatures, Governors Road Safety Partnership and other agencies of state and federal government.

Where does this leave pocket bike owners? Still, can be mounted, but not on public roads, sidewalks or public land. However, they can be assessed on a private property. The pilot and his parents must understand the pocketbike not a toy and must therefore drive responsibly, including the protection and head full protective clothing.
