double stroller, or sitting / standing?

I am expecting a baby anyday and I'm thinking I may want / need a double stroller, as Wil being schedule summer. I have a 3 1 / 2 years old. and 6 years old. We have a large double car / bike shopping, but I want something I can take with me on the road this summer if the mall, zoo or a walk. I need something that uses a baby seat or accommodate a newborn. Looking for a good buy, because I come from autumn will return to work full time. Should I get a side / side, front / back or sitting / standing. I am a love suggestions about brands. Places to shopping, etc. I would consider a good price to use.

I think in 3 1 / 2 of your child is too large to be in a buggy. Maybe invest in a Buggy Board of … clips on the back of a normal stroller for an older child stand on when they need a rest:)
