Can anyone help me with this please?

we just got a exercise bike today. i want to use it to lose about 2 or 3 pounds of fat so that i can see my abs. im not fat. actually i have about 7.5-8% body fat. i have just enough fat to cover my abs. also im 15 years old at 158 pounds. im 6’0″.
people say to exercise daily for about 20-30 minutes with a healthy diet. i just got done with it and the digital calculator thing (im not sure what its called) on the bike says that i burned about 535 calories in that 30 minute time period

can anyone tell me how much i exercise (plus eating healthy foods) i should do throughout the next week or so to do to lose about 3 pounds of fat? how many calories do i need to burn every week?
any dieting tips would help also

thanks

i think u should excersice as much as u can but not less then 4X a week to get happy results and eat healthy foods like spinach, brocoly and anything green. eat as much vegetables as u can and lay off the junk food. nothing fried too (that means no fries!)

good luck ;)

Using the Calculator In this lesson a calculator is used to perform arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. With the standard calculator a whole number division yields a decimal answer if there is a remainder, and fraction problems also yield decimal answers. The TI 12 Explorer calculator is introduced. This calculator allows the student to obtain the answer to a whole number division problem in quotient/remainder format. This device also provides fractional answers to fraction problems. The calculator can then convert these answers to simplest terms. You Will Learn To add and subtract fractions using a calculator. To multiply and divide fractions using a calculator. Calculator Watch

Calculator Watch

$18.8

Remember the old days? We didne†t have iPhones or BlackBerries. Heck, we didn’t even have the internet. We had digital watches and man were they awesome. No more figuring out the time by deciphering the hour and minute hands. No more looking at a calendar to figure out the date. But just when we thought that we’d seen it all, they added a calculator and shocked the world. The Cal-Q-Tek 2000 is a tribute to the ultimate old school geek accessory. It doesn’t store phone numbers. It doesn’t play mp3s. It doesn’t even illuminate in the dark. What it does is tell the time and calculate math problems. Plain, simple and blissfully, intentionally outdated. Vinyl strap with plastic casing. Fits most adult wrists. Illustrated blistercard.
