paved bike trails Utah?

When I was younger my dad and I used to ride our bikes on these trails I remember some were paved and some were part paved part un-paved. Unfortunately my father passed away sometime back and so now I have no idea where these were. I would like to start riding again with a friend of mine. Im in SLC Utah. Also when Im driving up I-215 towards parleys way, I see a paved bike trail but I have no idea where it starts. so If theres anyone here in utah that knows of any trails like this, or knows of a way to find them IE a website? Also I would really appreciate any tips you have for me, like if bikes are always allowed on these trails, if the trails are one way. Stuff like that.
