What are some good exercises for weight loss?
I'm trying to lose weight. Lately I've cycling and swimming every day, but not for long, then a bit of Wii Fit to burn calories. I switched to a diet composed mostly of water, fresh fruit and vegetables, but I see no result has been a month. I wonder if I should change to swim with walking (I like running), or try some other exercises?
You can try water aerobics. The thing about water aerobics is that you are getting a little exercise with more resistance. It feels like that when moving, but actually burning more calories, but with less effort. There is an exercise that is perfect or right for everyone, however, water aerobics is definitely coming! You can perform activities very simple in the water, such as walking, running or jumping, and will be a very effective exercise.
