The Tampa / St.Peter / Clearwater area is where some of the most pristine and beautiful beaches of Florida. Most of these beaches are close to each and a few other remote islands that offer a private retreat for the traveler from Florida. The parks of the island offer some of the best fishing and diving in Florida's west coast.

Fort Desoto Park

Fort De Soto is located in the southwest corner of Mullet Key, at the entrance to Tampa Bay. The entire island is now Fort De Soto Park, Pinellas County Park, with beautiful beaches, fishing, nature trails, camping, boating, and more.

This beach was once Indian home Tocobaga who fished and traveled the area in small boats. A huge military fortress was built during the Spanish American War and you can visit the fort and standing next to him is truly monstrous charges. The fort has many pictures of the fortress and the beach during the Spanish American War and are fascinating to the eye.

This is a huge park with bike trails, kayak rental, bike rental, a large fishing pier, boat ramps, camping area. The beach and the water is beautiful absolutelt why was previously classified as one of the 10 best beaches in the U.S..

Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach is located in Pinellas County and has miles of white sand and gentle waves. This is a very popular beach can get crowded during the summer and has become a mecca for spring break college students.

Clearwater Beach has a fishing pier called Pier 60, which is ideal for fishing and evening is acquired by similar artists and craftsmen in Key West. There are lots of neat shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that line the strip that runs along the beach. You can stay in a hotel on the beach and not have to use a car because everything is within walking distance.

St.Peter / Treasure Island / Pass-a-Grille / Madeira / Bellaire / Indian Shores / Indian Rocks / Shors Redington / North Redington Beach / Redington Beach

These 9 communities start small beach at the south end of Gulf Blvd North and execute all until you reach Clearwater Beach. You can take a nice car ride up and down Gulf Blvd and enjoy the beautiful scenery that all these beach communities have to offer. There is much to do with shopping, restaurants, bars, mini-golf, and more. Thousands of foreign tourists flock to beach communities year after year, because of its charm and beauty.

The stretch of beaches with miles and are very clean and the water is beautiful. There are plenty of hotels ranging from price negotiation to 4 stars. St.Peter Beach is home to world renowned hotels Don Cesar that is rich with history. The Don Cesar is a favorite retreat for presidents and celebrities.

Honeymoon Island State Park

The pioneers called Hog Island, but it became Honeymoon Island in 1939, when a New York developer built 50 palm – thatched bungalows for honeymooners. Today the park is a well kept beach complete with nature trails and observation towers. This beach is perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers who can see by Osprey and other birds.

The water is pristine and there are many shells had been due to the flow of water in the area. There is a fee to enter the park as that means no crowded. Visit this beach once and you'll know why so many honeymoon came here years ago to stay in the bungalows by the sea.

Egmont Key State Park

is 440 acre Florida State Park is located on Egmont Key, at the mouth of Tampa Bay. It is located southwest Fort DeSoto Park. Only reachable by boat or ferry. Egmont Key lighthouse and the ruins of Fort Dade, a strong Spanish-American War was found in the park.

The park is primarily a National Wildlife Refuge, and was established as such in 1974. The park is accessible only by private boat. Bay is one of three 'Tampa Shelter ', and is administered as part of the Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge Complex. The island served as a camp for captured Seminoles at the end of the War Third Seminole and was later occupied by the Union Navy during the Civil War

The historic lighthouse was built in 1858 and is still standing. There is many hiking trails and many shells were in the clear water. The park is the perfect isolated refuge for you and your family.

Caladesi Island State Park

Caladesi State Park is a natural and beautiful island accessible only by private boat or by ferry from nearby Honeymoon Island State Park. This is a destination popular fishing and nature lovers and those who want to see wildlife. Nature lovers will enjoy the 3-mile trail 3-kayak route mail through of mangroves. Sand Key Park

Sand Key Park is a barrier island between the Gulf Mexico and the peninsula of Florida. The entire park consists of 95 acres and is crystal clear waters and white sand. The park hosts over one million every year.
