How old do you have to be to get a DUI??

I was wondering how old you have to be to get a DUI. I know you are not suposed to be driving under the age of 16; but can a person younger get a DUI?? Also is it true that you can get a DUI for driving a bike or anything with wheels while intoxicated?

Any time you are operating any type vehicle and are over the legal limit you get a DUI – age does not matter.

If you are walking around intoxicated (regardless of age) you will then be charged with “public drunk” – being intoxicated in public. So, yes – it is illegal to operate your feet if you are drunk.

Lesson: if you are going to be drunk in public- better not let a cop see ya cause he can get ya. (better choice – don’t be drunk in public).
