Loco half marathon goal?

I have been training for triathlons for about a year and a half now, so you never have trained exclusively for running event even though I did a half marathon and stand alone. My PR is an independent means to 1:42 earlier this year in April. It was a mild course hill on a windy day. My goal pace for this race was 7:30 's but was unable to keep up. I just finished a half ironman and wanted a bit yesterday focus on a running goal late summer to make way for a possible qualifying run Boston next fall. My goal for half sometime in October sub 1:30. Is that possible? I would use a 10 week program of Runners World. I'm thinking to lose 10-15 pounds by then too. What I would be less then 25 to 30 kilos when I met my PR. I am also planning on doing a short distance of three in September, so it will be by bicycle and swim a couple of days a week.

No, not a crazy goal, but may be compromised by the tri in September. While cycling and swimming are good cross training need to focus on the functioning of training to run a large public relations.
