Dose walking or biking burn more calories?
Posted on my bike by side for 10-20 minutes per day, is that burning calories but if I wanted to walk how long? I usually drive at a slow speed and to fight against 20 seconds I drive as fast as possible (I did twice)
Cycling burns more calories for the same amount of time. For every mile bike that burns me 30 calories, so if I bike average speed of 13 mph, and then I burn 390 calories per hour. For every mile I walk or jog, I burn 80 calories, so if I am quick to 3.50 km / h, I burn 280 calories per hour (which could range from 4.8 mph to get the fire even by bike …) Also note that walking is an exercise in uplift weight, so the bigger you are, the more calories you spend, as would be heavier and would have to make more effort to move his body. Cycling is not a weight bearing exercise because you're sitting and not having to move your body so that he would spend the same amount of calories, your weight is.
