How to get over my weight loss plateau?
I lost about 8 pounds in 2 weeks, but within the last week, I’ve stayed the exact same! I already go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and a stationary bike for 15, at fast paces. I also eat 1000 calories a day, so I can’t lower my calorie intake because that would be unhealthy. I am very busy and don’t have time to do more exercise. Please help, I’m trying to stay focused and tell myself it will soon end but I’m having doubts.
