i weight about 240 pounds and I did it online calorie calculator said that as 3300 calories a day, so I see a big diffrence if I only eat 1500 calories a day? also how much weight I lose inches in late August if I eat 1500 calories per day on my stationary bike for 3 miles every day and do the banana diet diet and apple cider vinegar? banana diet is where can eat two raw bananas in the morning witch helps burn fat and diet of apple cider in apple cider vinegar to drink before lunch and dinner to help lower weight? also im just more worried about losing more inches than weight. 3300 calorie said it was for me to eat that many to keep my weight
