Need help with my algebra word problem ….?

1) Two aircraft leave the airport while they are 880 miles apart and travel toward each other. If a plane traveling 126 mph faster than the other and intersect in two hours, how fast is each plane headed? 2) An airplane traveling from Chicago to Kansas City at a speed of 440 knots. If you take a three-hour plane longest flight from Kansas City to Chicago when flying at a speed of 110 knots, which is the transport distance air between the two cities? 3) Karen saves his change and has dimes, nickels, and a total of $ 4.52 cents. If there is a dime more than three times the number of coins of five cents and 10 cents more than nickels, how many of each type of coin are there? 4) John and Jim are going to ride a bike. On the trip Mill Park, which amount to an average of eight miles per hour on a route that is less than 4 miles of the route on the return trip. Travel 7 mph on the return trip. If one takes extra hour to get to go, how much total time spent riding their bikes?

1.Distance (s) = 880 miles, PlaneĆ” speed (Va); PlaneB speed (Vb) = 126 V, time (t) = 2 * 2 + Va Vb = 880 V * 2 * 2 + (126 V) * 2 = 880 Va = Vb = 157miles/hr 283miles/hr 2. = 440 nodes V1, V2 = 110 knots, time (t); same distance 440 * 110 * t = (t +3) t = 1 hour Distance = 440 * 1 = 440 3.Pennies (p) = 0.01, Nickels (n) =. 05; Dime (n) = 0.1, P = 4.52 = 10 + 3n n = 1 + d, d = 3n-1 P 1 + *. total n * d * 0.05 + 0.01 = 4.52 Substitute and solve for n and then reconnect to P and D 4.Bike Route 1 Average Speed = 8 mph; Distance1 = S; Cycling Avg Speed 2 = 7 mph; Distance2 s = 4, S = (8 mph) * (t) = S 4 (7 mph) * (t +1), s = 7t + 7 – S = 7t + 3 Substitute 7t + 3 =; 8t = t 4 = 3 Therefore, the trip takes 3 hours and 4 hours for the other side = traveling seven hours total. This should help.

Staycations – a good choice for troubled times

Try telling your family and friends that you choose from a list of "staycations" This year, instead of taking a family holiday perennial, you'll probably look vacant some, perhaps even some laughter. Over the last 12 months, word has become an integral part of the vocabulary of the travel industry. It refers to the choice of more and more popular by the Americans and people the world to spend their vacation near home, instead of making trips around the country or abroad.

Staycations are not new, but the recent economic climate has caused many families to reconsider the allocation of dollars normally spent on long distance. Outrageous gas prices, and disadvantages of increased air travel, especially outside the country, more people are looking for Cheap Travel options without any problem.

Anyone who has planned a vacation frustrating and infuriating traditional know a process that can be for even the most experienced traveler. What should be an event without stress may seem contrary holidays.

Staycations can eliminate the need to make reservations, buy new equipment (for women), pack, fly, drive long-haul, or may delay or suspend flights. Think about it, imagine that has no concerns about jet lag, the exchange rate, quality accommodation, find good places to eat, and the risk of spending thousands of dollars in anticipation of sun and fun, to be greeted by the bad weather to reach their destination.

The gap is not inevitable need to take after your holiday. Personally, I usually take a few days to recover from the turmoil together.

Do not get me wrong, I'll be the first to admit that the attraction to visit interesting places in the Caribbean, Europe or another interesting destination is always an emotion. I can not wait to meet people from different cultures or sipping a Mai Tai, target a white sand beach of Negril. Such travel has privileges. You will quickly forget the long queues at the airport, passengers rough and taxi drivers long term.

There are those who try to make us believe that the holidays are an annual rite that must not be abandoned by the "let-down" staycations. Susan Session Rugh, author of Are We There Yet? The Epoch Times Gold American family vacation, argues that the abandonment of family vacation is to end a important opportunity to experience family liaison. Some psychologists say that the consequences of mental and physical holiday economy. Study conducted by the State University of New York (Oswego), Associate Professor B. Brooks Gump, and his partner, Karen A. Mathews revealed that men who avoid taking a vacation for five consecutive years had a risk factor for 30 percent of heart attack compared to those took time to enjoy annual trips.

Without doubt, travel to unknown lands and exotic places to offer some excitement, and a series of experiments memorable for the whole family. However, with the right approach, the same feeling of euphoria and closeness can be felt by members of the family staycations too. It is about attitude. And when money is tight, staycations offers viable options for get-away not weigh on the family budget.

One key to success is to approach staycations local excursions as a visitor. Here are some tips to make the activities staycations enjoyable for the whole family:

1) Make a plan: Staycations must be conceived as a trip out of town. You can search for local attractions museums, fairs and other special events. Visit the websites of popular travel sites such as Yahoo and MSN for the ideas. Also, check with hotels premises to see what they recommend customers, or pass and take a few brochures. Use this information to create a route and a business plan Daily create excitement and anticipation that usually the heart of your holiday. In addition, set a budget and determine what it would cost a week's vacation home from the long-distance travel for the same period.

2) The parties and places of interest: In my hometown, Chicago, is a series of summer festivals sponsored by the city, as the Gospel Festival, Blues Festival and the taste of Chicago (Festival food.) events attract millions of local visitors and the world. There are also many local museums, art institutes, and a multitude of Small galleries to be known. In addition, many towns offer concerts, movie nights, and a number of other activities for free.

3) Meals: opt for something different. There are restaurants outside of your neighborhood may have been intended to treat, including ethnic restaurants and delis. Some locations have wine cellars and tasting facilities, or food to satisfy customers. So enjoy promotions during the day are offered in many restaurants.

4) Transport: Why does not park the family car and take you to other types of transport. Many areas have bike paths, trucks, ships or trains and buses. One of my favorite activities during the visit is a destination Travel by bus and various ways to get a new perspective on the neighborhood and people.

5) Accommodation: hotels and motels or ask questions call on their "staycation" rates, visit their website or check with AAA discount. Many local hotels are jumping on the bandwagon and staycation offer attractive packages for tourists who stay at home.

Remember, success must be considered staycations "Real" vacation, "psychologically and physically. Many people make the mistake of convincing themselves that they are and change his family, then in fact, staycations can be as compelling and fulfilling experience as a point of holiday. Many people are pleasantly surprised at the number of leisure travel enjoyable and entertaining are available near their home.

Instead of looking at the issue of perspective staycations before vacation, I prefer to see it as a matter of making the best choice at a given time. If you are the priority spending, and choose not to splurge on a long distance to go away, then by all means, plan vacations at home and prepare to have a good time. After having spent a lot of money to fly to a distant destination, does not guarantee that you will enjoy it.

Staycations, as so many modes, it may be a passing trend that will disappear with improving economy. Whatever you decide, the idea is to be a consumer responsible and conscientious, and make a decision based on what is right for your family and your budget.

How can I be a newspaper?

I live in Chicago and you want to know how to get a newspaper route at the same time I use my bike as the 70, I do not want to use a vehicle

Most roads in the old style disappeared. The tribulations and times have almost took control of the routes to be newspaper run by independent contractors. Your best bet is the documentation of local neighborhood. They normal routes are still operating the old type. These are your best paris. The time of tribulation and most of the guys holding the car trying to handle large areas.
