I play very loud music in my neighborhood?

OK, so I live in Broadway Virginia and my neighbors are total idiots, who recently took the silence of their cross bikes just to spite me. So I decided to fight fire with fire I got my amp and my iPod touch connected to it a very strong that blocks dirt bikes. No my question is because I live in a residential area is no law I'm breaking doing this? and are breaking through? beforehand
