Is there a body of a game online that teaches you to mount a clutch of a motocross bike.

I do not think there any online game that can be very useful in simulation the feel of a real clutch. You really need to just get on a bike and get a feel for the area of friction and how the bike reacts to first agree. A game may be able to help you learn when to change, but even that idea is a bit unstable. There is no substitute for real life practice.
