How much can be improved by 1600 meters if …?
For the next four months I train six days a week, four days of training different, such as distance or speed, or of fartlek, then consectuive two days (weekends), implement a 10 miles, 1 mile swim, ride a cycling and 12 kilometers. I now about a 5 minute miles, and I am very serious about the fall of my mile as far as possible before the season February 28 (track begins!) Any suggestions or advice? Also, how low do you think you can get it? (Because if possible, I will)
It appears there may be addressed toward training. All the things you're doing is running great, but make sure you are only doing a day of cross training. Concentrate most of their speed training followed by rest or a day run smoothly. Not only can you push your body day after day, at full throttle. Your body can do we ask that, although they are proposing to injury. Make sure you are eating protein within 30 minutes of completing their training to help repair muscles and sleep. It sounds as if you are willing to work hard to get where you want to be. How quickly can turn depend partly on his hard work, but unfortunately, the remainder is how much natural talent you have.
