Why do my feet hurt so easily? What about them?
The pain the first time this has happened just my left foot. I had landed on him curiously and beat the bone or something. I put a strain for at least three weeks until the pain stopped and I stopped walking and walking because it is so much worse and started to ride a bike instead. Approximately one month later, when my foot seems to be well again, I had flat shoes with arch supports in them, and my foot started hurting again. More recently, I went down and soon two of my feet began to hurt. The pain is apparently in the top of the foot above the arch. It is not cramps in legs … I think I could have attached low, too. Should I have a strange position and does not walk or run properly? If not obvious! What do you think is the problem? And what do I do?
