I just got a new freeride / mountain bike falling .. What now?
Well, I have only my mtb FIRST, a mongoose Pinnr Foreman (about $ 4000 freeride / mtb drop) and 43 kilos. I saw it, I loved it and got it for a steal at $ 600 again. I'll be doing some down hilling, but I am a newbie and want to start from scratch. What are the reasons I get? Shin guards, elbow pads? Should I get a helmet (like a dirtbike bmx helmet) or a normal helmet? I have a bomb and a plan to take a pipe and a wedge of tires. What else I can get? Thanks
I love Mongoose bikes. I have a team bootr 2010 to early summer and its been awesome good choice. i suggest getting a good set of 5.10 freerider shoes for better contact between the pedals and feet.
