How to Improve Biking

Cycling is his passion. You have reached the point where you want to get to the next level in cycling, and can afford the same computer as the best professionals in their use. How make many bikes need and what should you get? When we look at the benefits they could get what they want, we find that using a small number of bicycles with different functions. Here are the papers that I think work best for them, and then apply this model to cyclists who want the best:
1. Powermeter road bike.
This is the primary "everyday" bicycle. Almost all the top racing cyclists and a growing number Asset recreational pilots power meters. I recommend either an SRM or PowerTap congratulate a tough road bike. I specify a frame but comfortable with Campagnolo Record and Chorus components (unless the customer insists on Shimano, but that's another story!), and a wheelset strong yet lightweight Reynolds Alta Race or Spinergy Xero Lite. I develop the way to "fit" the model to work around this bike, since most of the time will be spent on it to improve the way and technology. Triathletes also spend most of their time on this bike, learn to walk faster and better management skills to safely ride in groups with the fastest drivers.
2. Light road bike climbing bike spare bike principal is under maintenance, and "Mental Health" walks.
The bicycle climbing is very efficient, lightweight machine that has a similar geometry to the primary bike, but with lighter components, and not Powermeter. When power through training, is easy to get focused on numbers and lose much of the information sensory obtain a "pure ride" bike. I like to advise that a motorcycle is no more than minimal equipment, Garmin Edge, or even nothing at all, so that one can feel for the race, or a walk for the sake of riding. Many times, the light is cycling for recovery rides, group rides for fun, and aggressive group rides in the hills. I also noticed that many people like to put more exotic components climbing bikes, which have less use and so may have more "sensitive" components.
3. Time trial bike.
This bike only necessary for triathletes, and for people who want to do time trials. I do not recommend this as the "one bike" like riding a bike trial in groups of fasting is recommended. These bikes do not handle as well, and if you're in the aero bars, surely can not take part in one step. Team time trials are different, of course, and training for them can and should be done on this bike. I think if you can walk fast, straight and smooth on a bike road, that the transition to cycling time trial is easy and can be performed effectively and safely.
4. Case of travel or travel by bicycle.
There are pros and cons of each. It's really nice to travel and travel. Using a case lets you use your bike and go anywhere. Using a break-apart Bicycle one can have a "copy titanium their custom motorcycles, road, in a durable format with a small travel case that is in the top plane. This is great for international travel and for situations where a case of great size is not possible due to small cars, etc.
5. Bike trail, with a road fork and a front brake.
This definitely is not for everyone, but it is a tremendous training tool. One can achieve incredible training in a short period of time and can develop bike handling skills hyper on this bike.
To summarize, I think a person who wants to "do well", can benefit enormously from a few big bike with the following parameters:
- A fully defined precisely Laser conditioning.
- A plan for education and information to specify the frame and components. These bikes last a long time, so that planning hence the maximum enjoyment and make the investment more profitable.
- A plan for improving the skills of riding, training, and goals for improvement in these tools can be used to improve the lifestyle bicycle rider.
- I still say that was heard in a garage 500 miles Indianapolis in the team: "The best we can get is barely enough!"
