My wound is infected? (Photo)?

I was on my bike in flip flops (I know, dumb) and I scratched his foot on a sidewalk. Next day, I went on a trip and walk in the woods and swim in the lake, my cup was very dirty. It is not hot and it only hurts when it rubs against my sandal or if I double toe. The cut / wound is a green-yellow-ish, but has not been infested. There may have been a moment where I took my bandage and he was a little yellow. Is it pink and around the court.
