Listening To Music While Biking
Is it against the law to listen to music while your riding a bike?
ipod shuffle for example.
actually yes it is against the law to ride and listen to music this is because you can not hear traffic behind you or emergency vehicles coming up and passing you.
to tell the truth I listen to my shuffle while riding but in only one ear (my left) so I can hear traffic coming up behind me.
