Things to do in Madison, WI?

I’m bored and am looking for something to do here. Mostly at night but day stuff would be good too I guess. I don’t have a lot of money because I’m in college (20 years) and don’t like to bike or hike much. (Also, it’s winter and this wouldn’t be much fun if I did.) I’m also not old enough to go to the bars yet.

What kinds of things are there to do? What about at like midnight? I don’t know a lot of people but would like to meet some more. I am getting tired of hanging out at Woodmans because it’s one of the few places open 24/7.
