Why don’t they make mens bike shorts (without padding) like womans colors?

Womans come in so many styles and colors, Mens are mostly black or solid color. Where can you get those like womans for men, and those shiny ones too. Men can wear womans but don’t know size difference. I want to get a pair for my friend on his b day, he loves the colorful ones.

I wear the girls bike shorts there more comfortable and they are nice and tighter the way I like also there is more of a selection range, honestly there really is no difference between girls and boys bike shorts.
