Mountain Biking And Pregnancy

For those of you who excercised during pregnancy?
Before I was pregnant I was very active, I excercised most days and did running, circuit training, aerobics, mountain biking and gym, and had done for years! From being 6 weeks pregnant, I have felt so sick that the last thing I’ve felt like doing was excersise. Anyway, I THINK I’m starting to feel a bit better – is it OK to start up my excersise again? I won’t be running or mountain biking but thought I’d do circuit training or aerobics about 3 times a week, and gym once a week. All low impact. I’ve had about 9 weeks of doing no excersise at all [except walking the dog], and seem to get out of breath walking up a hill now!
Any advice? Oh, I’m 15w+4d pregnant now. Thanks all x
Its fine to excercise as long as it isn’t very excessive or strenuous. Walking is fine but jogging isn’t recommended. I have heard that there are some awesome prenatal yoga/ pilates classes.
