Please recommend a town in Northern California for the transfer?
Hello, My husband, son seven months old and I are expecting out of California South. We were born and raised here and would stay if it were not so hot and that could actually afford to live here. So does anyone know of a City in northern California that have: good community spirit and elementary school years and it is cool or cold all year round? We love the woods, hiking, mountain biking, walking everywhere, and are in bed at 21:00 that night life is not important at all. Our budget for a bed is about 3 200 000. jobs available, it would be important and of course, my husband works in construction and I am getting my teaching certification. Outside California is well so, we would like to stay as close to the family as possible. Thanks for any help!
Wow, my hometown of Fort Bragg sounds like the place for you in Mendocino County. Not a big city, but there is a low crime rate, a couple pretty elementary, and is not too full people. We have hiking, fishing, camping, horseback riding, and many other outdoor activities because we have like 4 beaches. Cold? It's like that all year, even during summer when the sun rises. Just google Fort Bragg, California.
