Mountain Biking Over Logs

If I burn 3000 calories a week, should not be losing at least one pound a week?
I know I can burn at least 3000 calories a week through exercise. I connect it. I hike or mountain bike (severe) at least one hour a day, besides going to the gym, walking, etc. From what I calculated for the last few weeks, I burn 3000 calories, give or less a week. So I must not lose a pound a week? I eat a normal diet very healthy and about 1500-2000 calories a day. I read that "muscle weighs more than fat" excuse, though true, is not a very good excuse, because women do not get many kilos of muscle easily.
A pound of fat is 3500 calories. So if your weight is stable, then we need find a way to lose 3,500 calories a week (500 calories per day) to lose a pound a week. That means burning an extra 500 calories a day or eating 500 calories less per day. Or a combination of both. If you're putting on muscle, you must lose inches from your body due to a kilo of muscle takes up less space then a pound of fat. So take action in their hips, waist, thighs, etc.. If we are slowing getting smaller, then I you are replacing fat with muscle (a good thing!). If you still want to weigh less, then you need to find a way to remove 3,500 calories per week. Indeed, our weight can fluctuate widely during the day and also during different days of our menstral cycle, so it can be difficult follow a single pound loss. So if you've just started this routine, to hang on a little longer.
