Besides the game, tennis rules also include the fight against doping laws to prevent players from taking prohibited substances.

The rules are designed to maintain integrity in the game and ensure that the game is played in a way fair and sensible. The match referee and two linesmen are appointed to implement these standards, while a game is underway. If the rules are judiciously followed, the game can be enjoyed to the fullest.
