Bike rides in the Smokies?

Can anyone recommend some bike rides that travers the Smokies — N.Carolina, Tennessee?? I just completed the 3-state-3-mountain ride century and loved it. I live in Chicago where prairies rule (darn glaciers).

Cherohala Skyway – US 129 loop is spectacular. Links to rides along the Foothills Parkway near Maryville, and the rides to Cades Cove and over to Gatlinburg. Lots of good riding in the area. US129 “The Dragon” only good in the early morning on weekdays.
