Does anyone know where is the best pace / hotel / B&B etc to stay in Fort William?

This will be the time of the Mountain Bike World cup in June.

Hello there,

the best hotel I know of is the Highland Hotel. It’s quite simple fantastic. Not only are the staff friendly and the actual building wonderful, but it’s incredibly central.

The only think I like about it is because it is elevated a little over looking a lovely green area, you also get to look over the town centre and see the outstanding landscape sprawling out behind the loch.

I’d say you’d need to book soon though as this is likely to sell out VERY quickly.

I don’t live in Fort William myself, I live in inverness but am sometimes down in the area on business.
