INTRODUCTION

Rural libraries revealed that 70 percent of the population Aboriginal living in rural areas. Our central government attempts to restructure rural areas in the five-year plans. The results show that plans are an improvement, but not as expected in the plans. There are many factors involved in the restructuring of rural communities. The first is the creation of libraries in rural areas to provide correct information to the user right at the right time.

3. The government will take steps to build consultation room rural libraries for the use of reference books.
4. Library Hours of work can be formulated in terms of convenience users.
5. Library can be fully automated so that users can easily access books and

6. The books available online can be, so that users can access information from the property.
7. The network of rural libraries should be used for dissemination

8. Government may provide water supply and installation of light in the rural library.
CONCLUSION

From the foregoing, the study noted that the public library movement in Tamil Nadu, library services in rural areas and libraries in the Holiday current scenario. It also specifies the rules and regulations regarding the establishment of the library in the rural area. Now the day collection is an important element in the world. The library offers more information to the rural community and its development assistance in rural areas. Thus, the government should take measures for the growth of the library area underdeveloped.
