Why is biking on the road so dangerous? Or do I just have bad luck?

I've been beaten twice riding my bike to school in the last month. The first destroyed the rear wheel on the bike and the driver accelerated. The second happened while he was crossing a street in a crosswalk. I'm very fortunate in that I have been injured in two accidents. DMV has begun issuing a California drivers crack or something? I'm not talking about riding the sidewalk … and I do not possibly see how bicycling on the sidewalk is more dangerous than riding on the road. So does that mean you are in more danger as a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk?

The police simply do not enforce the real road safety, such as using turn signals when they change lanes, crossing into the lane at an intersection, driving too slow / fast, etc. Generally, the only thing the police is in charge of writing speeding tickets is or maybe, to help our fellow insurers. The best option is to simply wait to do stupid cagers $ Hite, and a pleasant surprise when they something right. It would also help if you carry an AK round all the time and seemed like he was just looking for an excuse to use it in some Dumba $ $ that urgently he deserves it:-D LOL!
